Exhausted

I am on week 3 of my running program, and all I have to say is.....

"Running is HARD!"

And that is exactly why I don't run! I'd rather do a lot of other things than run!

It's so easy to get burned out. Change your program for a few weeks, then go back to it. Try a class or swimming just to change it up. I have the hardest time with running. It's so tedious!

Great minds think alike! I decided to just to aerobic classes & videos this week. I will try running again next week :)

Running is hard and I don't like it much myself! But good for you for trying it! I have been running since January too and I decided to switch back to my favorite elipitical machine for a few weeks too. We need to play soon too. Dinner? Lunch? or exercise party??
